Governor Robert Joseph
"Bob" Miller
Dutko Worldwide - Principal
Bob Miller is a principal with Dutko Worldwide and
operates its Las Vegas Office. He has been
affiliated with Dutko since 2001 as a Partner in
Kaufman Pattee Branstad & Miller. Mr. Miller is
also a Partner in Miller and Behar Strategies,
Sofia Bulgaria. He is an Honorary Consul Officer
for the Republic of Bulgaria performing
primarily commercial, trade, and tourism
promotion functions for furthering the
development of the economical, cultural, and
scientific relations between Bulgaria and the
USA. Mr. Miller was formerly a partner in the
Las Vegas law firm of Jones Vargas where he
practiced legislation and government relations,
as well as international business law, resort
hotel development law and gaming law.
He is the former Governor of the State of Nevada
(1989 to 1999) during which he served as the
Chair (1996 to 1997) and Vice Chair (1995 to
1996) of the National Governors Association and
on various committees including Chair for the
Center for Best Practices (1997).
Mr. Miller is distinguished as the longest
serving Governor in Nevada history. He has held
several public offices including Lieutenant
Governor and District Attorney for Clark County.
During his tenure as District Attorney he served
as the President of the National District
Attorney Association (1984) and was one of nine
individuals President Reagan selected to serve
on a Presidential Task Force on victims of crime
(1982).
Mr. Miller is a member of various Boards of
Directors including International Game
Technology, Newmont Mining Corporation, Wynn
Resorts, and Zenith National Insurance Corp. He
is the elected Secretary for the International
Association of Gaming Attorneys for the 2007
fiscal year.
A Las Vegas resident for nearly 50 years, Mr.
Miller received his Bachelor of Arts degree in
Political Science at the University of Santa
Clara and his juris doctorate from Loyola Law
School in Los Angeles. He is a member of the
Clark County Bar Association and the State Bar
of Nevada.

Mark Brown
President of Mark Brown Communications, LLC.
Considered an authority in legislative, corporate communications and community relations activities, Mr. Brown served a five-year stint in Washington, D.C., where he cut his political teeth as a senior banking legislative assistant to former U.S. Senator Chic Hecht, (R-Nev.). By the age of 33, he had founded two advertising agencies, Martin & Brown Advertising and Mark Brown Communications. Mr. Brown went on to become executive vice president of corporate and government relations and marketing for The Howard Hughes Corporation, an affiliate of The Rouse Company, and six years later, in 1999, accepted a position as executive vice president of government relations and corporate communications for Station Casinos, the fourth largest gaming/entertainment company in the United States.
Amid all this activity, Mr. Brown also founded The Carrera Group, a statewide government affairs and public relations company, which was acquired by Burson-Marsteller, the world's largest PR firm. In September of 2004, Mr. Brown became Chief Development Officer for R&R Partners, one of the largest marketing communications firms in the western United States, where he focused on strengthening R&R's regional and national presence.

Sig Rogich

As President of Rogich Communications Group (RCG), Sig Rogich specializes in the
areas of strategic planning, national and international business development,
and crisis management for a wide-ranging industry client list. With over 30
years of marketing and advertising experience, Mr. Rogich is also responsible
for founding R&R Advertising, the largest advertising agency in Nevada.
Rogich served as the Assistant to President George Bush Sr. for creative
development of public events from 1988-92. He directed all filming sessions,
assisted with preparation for key speeches, and strategically planned the
President’s public events – often traveling with the President. What’s more, Sig
Rogich was the Director of President Ronald Reagan’s Tuesday Team, he acted as
the official guide to former Soviet Premier Mikhail Gorbachev on his United
States tour, and Mr. Rogich was previously appointed as the United States
Ambassador to his native country, Iceland.

Daniel Van Epp

Operating Officer of Newland Communities
Having 3 decades of experience in real estate
development and management, Daniel Van Epp is
the Vice Chairman and Chief Operating Officer
for Newland Communities. He is responsible for
the operating regions of Newland Communities and
its Regional Presidents nationwide. Most recently, Mr. Van Epp has served as
owner of The Van Epp Companies, a Nevada company
engaged in the development and ownership of high
quality real estate assets.
Mr. Van Epp was also a Senior Vice President of
The Rouse Company and President of its
affiliate. The Howard Hughes Corporation, where
he directed the planning, development and
production of numerous residential, retail and
office projects encompassing millions of square
feet. While at the Hughes Corporation, he
initiated the development of Summerlin, a 22,500
acre community, and has acquired numerous
industry and civic awards.

Jeffrey Vilkin
President/CEO
Mr. Vilkin attended California State University Northridge. In 1978, he moved to
Colorado obtaining extensive multi-trade and management experience necessary for
the re-construction of many registered historic Victorian homes and commercial
buildings. During the next few years, Mr. Vilkin obtained valuable multi-trade
experience in the construction of new high end Luxury homes and condominiums as
well as commercial buildings.
In 1987, Mr. Vilkin moved to
Las Vegas, Nevada and formed Tradewinds Construction. He has served as
President/CEO providing the necessary leadership necessary to evolve his company
from a small home office operation in 1988 to a multi faceted company
headquartered in their own 15,000 sq. ft. office building and employing over 200
construction personnel and utilizes in excess of 350 subs and general
contractors annually.
Mr. Vilkin is a valued
member and is currently serving as 2nd Vice President of the
Executive Committee and of the Board of Directors of the Southern Nevada Chapter
of the Associated Builders and Contractors. He is also an Executive member of
the Southern Nevada Chapter of the World Entrepreneurs Organization.
