Management Team
Mark S. McNally
Chairman and CEO

Mr. McNally was a co-founder, and most recently VP of Strategic Alliances, at PurchasePro.com, a vendor of e-Procurement software. During Mr. McNally's five years at PurchasePro, he was a key member of the executive team, guiding strategy in all areas of the company's development. During his tenure, Mr. McNally held critical executive positions managing PurchasePro's growth from a startup company to over 700 employees. PurchasePro raised over $250 million in equity financing and achieved a successful Initial Public Offering (IPO) in September of 1999. That year, PurchasePro was the second most successful IPO of the year, achieving a $5 billion market valuation on the NASDAQ.

Before joining PurchasePro, Mr. McNally was a successful business owner and decorated non-commissioned officer serving in the Army's Special Operations Forces. During his military service Mr. McNally served on deployments in Haiti and the Force XXI task force, and was a certified paratrooper, combat medic and linguist, speaking Spanish and Haitian.

Doug Miller
Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Miller was the Senior Marketing Manager for PurchasePro's relationship with AOL, where he was responsible for driving transactions and registrations in the AOL/Netbusiness marketplace. During his tenure at PurchasePro, Mr. Miller guided the Product Management team responsible for redesigning the entire PurchasePro application as a web-based tool, worked on the joint PurchasePro/AOL task force that wrote the specifications for the entire co-developed marketplace, and managed one of PurchasePro's three flagship e-Commerce products.

Before joining PurchasePro, Mr. Miller spent 5 years in marketing for Willitts Designs in Northern California. Mr. Miller served as a non-commissioned officer in the US Army Special Operations Command, leading Psyop teams during consecutive deployments to Haiti and Bosnia.

Mr. Miller earned his Bachelor's degree in Studio Art from Sonoma State University in Northern California.

Atle Fjeld
Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Fjeld was previously the Senior Vice President Engineering and Chief Information Officer for TheSupply, where he was responsible for the development, support, and maintenance of all the Net Market solutions offered by TheSupply and for all internal IT systems and technology infrastructure.

Mr. Fjeld joined TheSupply from Siebel Systems where he was the Vice President Information Technology and CIO during its extraordinary growth period. Mr. Fjeld's responsibilities at Siebel Systems encompassed all the company's information technology solutions, including the production versions of the Siebel Sales Enterprise and Siebel Service Enterprise applications, operation of the engineering platforms, worldwide telecommunications, data centers, end user support, administrative applications, and the formulation and execution of the Siebel Systems Information Technology Strategy.

Prior to joining Siebel Systems, Mr. Fjeld had a 21-year successful career at Unisys Corporation. His last position with Unisys was that of Vice President, Order/Quotes Management, Information Technology. Mr. Fjeld's responsibilities included all the company wide solutions covering the Discovery to Collection processes, as well as the Unisys Notes Network, Intranet activities and the Unisys presence on the Worldwide WEB.

Mr. Fjeld, a native of Norway, received a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Oslo, Norway.

Meritxell McNally
Managing Director of Latin America

Born into a Mexican-Spanish family in Mexico City, Ms. McNally was exposed at a very early age to different cultures and enjoyed traveling with her family to more than 14 countries before the age of 24.

After earning a bachelor’s degree in communications from Instituto Tecnologico de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey, one of the top three Universities in Mexico, she moved to the United States and received a graduate degree in business from Harvard University.

Following the leadership and spirit of her entrepreneurial father, in 1999 she went back to Mexico and founded her first business: PAMM promotions, a company that served as a bridge between promotional item manufacturers around the world and world class customers such as Kimberly Clark, Coca-Cola & Nestle among others.

Meritxell joined YourBuyer in 2003 to become part of the business development team dedicated to national accounts.  In 2006 Ms. McNally opened the first office outside the United States in Mexico City, Mexico.  Currently, Ms. McNally works on various domestic and international hospitality projects.
Saud "Pomi" Khan
Managing Director - Pakistan

A successful entrepreneur, Mr. Khan opened his first restaurant six months before graduating from college. His single restaurant turned into a chain of five within the next four years. After his success in the restaurant business, Mr. Khan purchased his first Shell Gasoline Gas Station, which grew to a 3 site operation with combined sales of $12 millions in only two years.

Mr. Khan has achieved numerous degrees from Aitchison College in Pakistan, Cambridge University in England, and the University of Maryland at College Park in the United States. He also belongs to one the most prestigious families in Pakistan, with strong roots in the country’s armed forces and political structures.

While exploring international business in China, Mr. Khan met Mark S. McNally and embarked on his new global purchasing journey with his sites set on bringing YourBuyer Worldwide to Pakistan.

Charles Richard Stead
Managing Director - Mexico

Mr. Charles Richard Stead is Senior V.P. and Partner at Maquitex S.A. de C.V. a leading commercial agency supplying the textiles, non-wovens, and plastics industries in Mexico for over 30 years. He joined Maquitex 15 years ago as Director of Business Development to grow and diversify the company's business interests to complement the established machinery business.

Mr. Stead was instrumental in breaking ground and establishing the company's leadership in the rayon, acrylic, linen, tencel, and polypropylene specialty fibers markets. He also aided in developing successful partnerships with prestigious manufacturers such as Courtaulds Fibers Inc. (U.K. / USA), Saneco (France), Sateri OY (Finland), and Danaklon AS (Denmark). His work included creating strategic links between manufacturers and retail, generating demand for products from the "top down," supplying technical and marketing/branding support to ensure successful product placement.

In the 2000s Maquitex shifted its procurement base to Asia establishing itself as a highly sought after business partner for leading global players from India, China, and Indonesia expanding its product portfolio to fabrics and garments. Mr. Stead, in representation of Maquitex, was invited by the Ambassador of India to Mexico H.E., Mr. Rajiv Kumar Bhatia, in 2006 to join the Executive Committee of the India Mexico Business Chamber IMBC.

Mr. Stead enjoyed a multicultural education in Mexico and England, earned a double Bachelor's degree with honors in International Relations and Politics at the University of Keele in England, he is fully bilingual in English and Spanish, was House President and Captain of the Men's Tennis Team two years at University, and is an Advanced Scuba Diver.

Edward N. Stead
Managing Director - Mexico

After graduating with honors with a double undergraduate degree course at the University of Kent in Canterbury, England, in 1994, Mr. Stead turned down an invitation to be the University’s youngest lecturer/ Masters student and opted to return to Mexico to join his family business.

Six years later, Mr. Stead’s family company grew to require an importing and distribution arm to handle the growing requirements. A new company was formed and Mr. Stead assumed the role of Managing Director while maintaining his responsibilities at the holding company. The new company now has an annual growth of over 20% and has expanded to export into Latin America. Both companies handle suppliers from over 10 countries in Europe and Asia to supply Mexico's textile and plastic industries.

Fluent in English and Spanish, Mr. Stead is an accomplished rescue scuba diver with first aid medic certification and boasts several exhibitions of his paintings.
