The plan was developed by CTO Atle Fjeld and his team in collaboration with key customers and partners. “Phase 1 is scheduled for completion Q4 of this year,” stated Mr. Fjeld. “This initial Phase involves transitioning the customer and purchasing management system to an SQL database, scrubbing the existing data and setting capture standards going forward, and establishing the security and redundancy protocols necessary to grow and interact with our clients. Implementation of Phase II is scheduled for Q4, 2004.”
